Whether we ace our issues alone or even seek professional help, oftentimes things still get worse and we feel there is no hope. This is because we are not meant to bear our burdens without the Lord Jesus Christ.
In 3 John 1:2 “beloved I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. The Lord also says in Jeremiah 29:11 “for I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end”.
What the Lord means is that he wants YOU, no matter what your background is, to do well and be happy. He wants you to be excited and look forward in anticipation to the good things he will do for/in your life.
However, in order to receive of the Lord’s goodness and peace from your struggle, you must first be saved by believing in Jesus and accepting him into your heart.
It is in God that “we live, and move, and have our being…” (Acts 17:28) We must maintain a true relationship of love and trust in the Lord, and remain faithful and obedient to him. Jesus tells us in John 15:5 “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.” This scripture is key because it points out the problem and solution to our struggles. Your relationship with Jesus is the answer. Accept him now!
Repeat this prayer, “Lord I have heard your word and I desire to give my life to you. I know that I am a sinner and I ask for your forgiveness. Your word says in Romans 10:9 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” I believe and confess right now that Jesus died and rose again for my sins, and by his blood I am healed and made clean from my sins. I fall out of agreement with satan and my old sinful ways. Jesus is now and forever the Lord of my life, Amen “.
If you said this prayer and truly believed it, YOU ARE SAVED!
