Who is Double Impact Healing & Deliverance Center of Christ?

Double Impact Healing and Deliverance of Christ, formally known as Double Impact Ministries was established in 2007 at 7203 S.Emerald Ave in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago,IL by, at that time, Prophet Keith Blanton and a former co-pastor.  With very humble beginnings, services were held one night a week with only a handful of members that would come out to fellowship, be taught, and have an awesome time in the Lord.  In 2008 by the leading of the Lord, Prophet Blanton was blessed to expand the ministry by ministering to even more souls through radio broadcasts at Rejoice 102.3 FM WYCA Radio.  It was there that The Double Impact Hour radio broadcast was established. 

After a short time there and being led of God, the ministry was blessed in 2009 to move the radio ministry to WBGX, the Big Gospel Express Radio Station at 1570 AM in Chicago, IL.  That opened up the opportunity for the ministry as a whole to reach a listening base of over 2.4 million listeners worldwide. During our time at WBGX, the radio ministry expanded to not only Apostle ministering, but our other ministers as well, which included our youth ministers.  We held our last Double Impact Hour radio broadcast in 2019, however during our time there, we were blessed to touch many people in providing Holy Spirit led and Bible based teachings that ministered to the hearts and minds of the people. The rich, and powerful prophetic Rhema Word given, was able to get many souls delivered and won over to Christ. The Double Impact Hour left an indelible impact on anyone that was blessed enough to listen in.

While doing the radio broadcasts, we continued to hold our church services in Chicago. During that time, Apostle Keith Blanton was officially ordained as pastor on October 22, 2011 under the Byron Moody Deliverance Ministries in Baton Rouge, LA. The ministry continued to grow mightily.  The Lord has used the man of God, the visionary of Double Impact, to impart into us powerful, prophetic and anointed teachings. His yielded and dedicated walk with the Lord for over the past 30 years has caused his spirit to be enriched with the Glory of God, which has allowed him to pour into the ministry what God has given to him. 

There have been many healing and deliverances, through the prophetic spoken Word, and the move of power and demonstration, through the laying on of hands, towels, handkerchiefs, and blessed waters. The Spirit of the Lord continuously falls heavily in our services and anyone that has had the pleasure of attending one of our anointed services where the joy of the Lord has fallen in the building, can tell you it’s an experience like no other to find yourself drunk in the Lord.

In 2017 shortly after celebrating our 10th year Church Anniversary, the Lord blessed us to move into our current (and one of many) coming locations, at 6234 Indianapolis Blvd in Hammond, IN. It is at that location where our Peculiar Treasures Store was established, which helps to sustain our charity through its donations and proceeds.

It was also at our current location that the Lord gave Apostle Blanton to transition to the ministry’s current name, Double Impact Healing & Deliverance Center of Christ.  He was also wed to his loving and dedicated wife First Lady Theresa in 2020, to be his help meet in guiding the ministry further.

Our mission and goal is to “Impact the lives of God’s people both naturally and spiritually”.
